Thirty Paintings in 30 Days - Day 13

This is my favourite 'dog' subject - the beautiful Cleo! She is such a beautiful girl - both inside and out. I don't think I will ever be able to do her justice, but just think how many paintings can be done trying!

...Cleo had a very serious demeanour during this 'sitting'!  :))

Apologies for the very poor photo of the 'whole' image. Terrible light here today and it doesn't help being the world's worst photographer! The scanned image is much truer to colour.

    You can see it in her eyes, and in the carriage of her head—Cleo wants to be in the gallery beside Barak and Michelle Obama.

      Well, for never have been in office she would be keeping some great company indeed! Funny after I posted (in a hurry as usually) and went back and looked it did remind of one of those 'sitting portrait' so commonly done.
